Abstract PR003: Exploring the exposome impact in early-onset colon and rectal cancer using methylation scores
Systematic Review With Meta-Analysis
Human
This study found that areas where farmers used more of the herbicide picloram had more young people getting colorectal cancer, and lab tests showed the chemical changes DNA in cancer cells in a way that matches what picloram does. So yes, it looks like picloram might be linked to early cancer in young people.
