Why this might work

When a person does regular aerobic exercise, their body burns more energy, which causes fat stores to release fatty acids into the blood. These fatty acids travel to the liver, where they are burned for fuel instead of being stored. This reduces the amount of fat inside liver cells, making the liver denser on scans. As fat builds up less in the liver, the liver cells become less stressed and stop leaking a specific enzyme into the blood. At the same time, less fat in the liver and around internal organs improves how the body responds to insulin, which further stops the liver from making new fat.
