Vitamins B1, B6, and B12, along with magnesium, help cells produce more energy by supporting the mitochondria, which reduces tiredness. But in Crohn’s disease, the gut inflammation that causes symptoms like pain and diarrhea is not affected by this energy boost, so the symptoms don’t improve.
