A systematic review and meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies tracking dietary calcium intake, sleep quality, anxiety, and depression in young adults (18–25) over 2+ years, using standardized tools and adjusting for confounders like physical activity, vitamin D, and socioeconomic status.
