A systematic review and meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies tracking dietary calcium intake, sleep quality, anxiety, and depression in young adults (18–25) over 2+ years, using standardized tools and adjusting for vitamin D, physical activity, and socioeconomic status.
An RCT could determine whether increasing calcium intake improves sleep, anxiety, or depression in young adults with low intake.
