Co-Clinical Evaluation of Synthetic Vitamin D and Chemotherapy in Pancreatic Cancer by Integrated Imaging and Molecular Analyses
To evaluate whether synthetic vitamin D (paricalcitol/calcipotriol) combined with multiagent chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel, gemcitabine, cisplatin) and immunotherapy can safely remodel the tumor stroma and improve treatment response in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), using a pilot clinical trial and genetically engineered mouse models.
