Metabolic characteristics of keto-adapted ultra-endurance runners.

This study looked at two groups of super-fit runners — one eating lots of carbs and one eating mostly fat — and found their bodies burned fat differently during exercise. But it didn’t change what they ate to see if that caused the difference, so we can’t say the diet made the change happen.
