This study gave people different types of fiber in their food and used a special camera to see how fast food moved through their stomach and intestines. It found that one fiber made food leave the stomach faster, and both fibers slowed down the intestines. But it didn't prove these fibers make you feel less hungry or fix digestion problems long-term.
