Effects of lupin-enriched foods on body composition and cardiovascular disease risk factors: a 12-month randomized controlled weight loss trial

In simple terms

This study gave some people special lupin foods and others regular foods to see what happened over a year. It found that lupin didn't help people lose weight, but it might have slightly lowered their blood pressure and improved how their body handles sugar. But because they didn't make sure people didn't know which food they got, we can't be totally sure the lupin caused those small improvements.
