Effects of lupin-enriched foods on body composition and cardiovascular disease risk factors: a 12-month randomized controlled weight loss trial
This study gave some people special lupin foods and others regular foods to see what happened over a year. It found that lupin didn't help people lose weight, but it might have slightly lowered their blood pressure and improved how their body handles sugar.
