Combination of the MTA-Cooperative PRMT5 Inhibitor BMS-986504 and KRAS Inhibitors is an Effective Treatment Strategy for MTAP-Deleted KRAS-Mutant Pancreatic Cancer
This study tested two drugs on cancer cells in a dish and in mice, and saw that the cancer grew slower when both drugs were used together. But it didn’t test this on real people, so we can’t say it will work in humans yet—it’s just a very early hint that it might help.
