To assess real-world cardiovascular and neuropsychiatric safety of PCSK9 inhibitors (alirocumab or evolocumab) in adults with established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD), since randomized trials showed cardiovascular benefit but real-world neuropsychiatric safety remained uncertain.
