If you eat them dry they pull water out of your gut and it leads to constipation. The best method is an overnight pre soak in the fridge. 1tbsp seeds to 4 tbsp water or milk. They form a gel, just add as much as you want to cereal, soup, yoghurt etc and stir in. All the benefit, almost zero floss.
