A new preprint (PDF Jennifer Richard’s work!) showing some fun sex differences in the effects of conjugated GLP-1 +E2 (GE2) in rats fed a high fat-high sugar diet! GE2 promoted weight loss & improved memory in both sexes. But reduced visceral fat & HPC inflammation in females only ++ more later.
